Just 20 minutes from the town of Bulle (and the A12 motorway), it combines the charm of the mountains with quick and easy access.

With its thick stone walls , old woodwork and nostalgic tiled stove , this house exudes authenticity.
Carefully maintained and equipped since 2021 with a modern heat pump heating system , the house offers pleasant warmth in all seasons.

The chalet can accommodate up to 7 travelers in a warm and friendly atmosphere:

• Antechamber for clothes and shoes

• Bathroom with shower and toilet

• Modern kitchen (dishwasher, large refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine) with dining area for 8 people

• Bright living room with tiled stove, relaxation area and sofa bed (sleeps 2)

• 1 family room with bunk bed (sleeps 3)

• Garden room with direct access to the outside

• Game room and craft room in the basement (with billiards)

• Landscaped garden with dining area, garden furniture, children's playhouse and gravel pit

A private studio on the upper floor is used occasionally by the owners, but your space remains entirely independent and private.
